01About these terms

These terms govern use of daylightpaper.com and purchases from Daylight Paper, operated by Daylightspower LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms made available for that transaction. Please keep a copy with your order confirmation.

02Who may order

You must be legally able to enter into the transaction, or act with appropriate authority on behalf of a business. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Purchases are available only for delivery within our supported United States service area.

If you create an account, keep access details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You remain responsible for information you submit and transactions you authorize.

03Products & availability

We sell stationery and office supplies. Product pages describe the item offered, including relevant format, quantity, and specifications. Images should be considered together with the written description; screen settings can affect color appearance.

Availability may change. We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order as described, we will contact you and provide the applicable cancellation or refund options. Nothing here excuses an inaccurate or misleading product description.

04Order receipt & acceptance

An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your request. Acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. Payment processing alone does not remove your cancellation or refund rights.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as lack of availability, an unsupported delivery address, an unsuccessful payment, a material pricing error, or suspected unauthorized use. If payment has been collected for canceled goods, it will be promptly refunded. Shipment and refund obligations imposed by law apply regardless of when acceptance occurs.

05Prices, payment & errors

Prices are stated in USD. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are disclosed before payment. Available payment methods and payment timing are explained in our Payments & billing policy.

If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will explain it and give you the choice of proceeding on the corrected terms or canceling for a refund. We will not charge an increased amount without your authorization. Published promotion terms apply to the relevant offer.

06Delivery, returns & order problems

Our policies explain processing times, supported destinations, shipping charges, returns, and cancellation procedures. Contact us promptly about a delivery or product problem so we can investigate and arrange a resolution. A carrier marking a parcel delivered does not automatically eliminate a valid claim for non-delivery.

Any shorter legally required refund period overrides an ordinary administrative timeframe in our policies. Nothing requires you to accept store credit instead of a monetary refund that is owed.

07Appropriate website use

Do not use the site for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, interfere with the site, or infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, while honoring existing purchase and refund obligations.

Website designs, text, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and retain information for personal shopping and order records. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission or another valid legal basis. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

08External services & site availability

Some functions or links involve third-party services. Their own terms may apply to your independent use of those services. We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller and do not transfer those obligations to a payment or delivery provider simply by using its service.

We may maintain or update the site and cannot promise uninterrupted access. This does not limit responsibilities for accepted orders, refunds, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

09Consumer rights & resolving concerns

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a warranty, statutory right, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Product-specific warranties, if offered, will be identified separately. These terms do not create a blanket disclaimer of legally required product protections.

Please contact Info@daylightspaper.com with questions or complaints. We will review the issue and seek a practical resolution. You retain any right to contact your payment provider, a regulator, or a court. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.

Applicable US federal law and applicable state law govern according to their own jurisdiction and conflict-of-laws rules. No provision removes mandatory protections available in your jurisdiction.

10Changes & business contact

Changes to these terms apply prospectively. The version presented when you place an order governs that purchase, except where a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
